My mind is an oubliette

Just a place for random thoughts, stories, pictures and whatever else my mind puts there. Buckle up buttercup

Hello A/all! I'm looking for some tips and tricks to help with these wintry blues that have me feeling kind of stuck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ?

K y i v{ Walking } - A UV SAD Light will help a lot or sunshine, even if cold.

TwinkleEyes{n/a} - 10 minute walk boosts mood for 2 hours. 2 squares of dark chocolate 70% will also give a boost in endorphins and is a good snack after a play session or scene.

Positive vibes.

Diminished Dreams(dom male) - Agreed about the dark chocolate and walking. If you live in an area that hasn't lost snowfall due to climate change, invest in a sled or skate and enjoy being a kid again. Go make some snow angels, slide down that big hill, build a snowman and pretend to be Elsa for a day.

Depression is a bitch but you don't let that evil cunt win. Wake up, get out of bed, and you fight her with rainbows and sunshine like the magical Disney princess you are.

Likeavirgin(sub female) - Thank you so much for this, I think this is wonderful advice for us all. We should never let the inner kid in us all be neglected ?

Jack in the box -
Um, lets see ?
Shadow puppets on the walls and alcohol.
Lots and lots of alcohol ?
But seriously, you have already taken the best first step - reaching out.
Seasonal depression is real, and it can suck.
No need to go through it alone
