Never give more than you receive. No matter what happens throughout your day, Hold your head up high. Don't let anyone make you feel less than your worth. Reach deep down inside and regain the power that you have given away unselfishly. Don't allow anyone to pull a guilt trip on you, do not feel guilty about the choices you make/made for the sake of your well being on all aspects.
And remember LOVE YOURSELF!!!!!!! BE PROUD OF WHO YOU ARE AND HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME!!!!!! YOU DESERVE THE BEST!!!!! YOU ARE LOVED!!!!!!!
