I think when it's done kinda of tongue in cheek it can be a fun ice breaker. My favorite to use on a woman (and actually did have it said to me - in a silly fun way) is "have you ever had your belly button licked? ...wait for it... "from the inside?".

I suppose it depends on the individual - I personally value a sense of humour and can never take chat up lines seriously anyway!! They are all pretty cringey!!

I was just talking chat up lines generally - it’s really just an ice breaker - plenty time after that for getting serious and making sure you both sing from the same hymn sheet ☺️
