Slow going today….. wrote out entire sexual history ha for AA…. Will be interesting to review w sponsor… I appreciate her help…. Easy to see patterns when looking back…. So interesting….. everybody different…. I really want to know where this stuff comes from. I bet Teal Swan could tell me.
ever wrote out your whole sexual history? Looked at the patterns? We are so predictable (I am anyway). Also I am growing and changing too and can make new choices.
what a beautiful journey. I am much happier at age 46 than I ever was. It gets better guys! Hang in there if you’re in a tough dark spot!
