Wow! Especially that first one! All those raw emotions: insecurities, vulnerability and holding one's self back w/negative self talk..that's what I received from it..
A delight to watch and listen to.

Having a depression illness and at one point planning my suicide, I realized that I can be my own worst enemy or my own best friend. I also realized that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary or changeable problem. Others aren't always around to keep you from doing something stupid. You have to do what it takes to control mental illness as best you can. I just heard yesterday that a second cousin of mine killed himself. His parents tried to get him to get help but he refused. I wish he had gotten the help he needed.

That is sad another person lost to suicide..one of my cousins committed suicide during covid..he suffered from depression for years and the feeling of isolation unfortunately was just too much for him..the pain left behind for loved ones wishing they saw signs and were able to do more..there needs to be more discussions on this topic.. 🥀

Sorry for your loss.
Mental Illness is very wide and strong.
Also, I have had many a friend and family take there lives from this as well.
Also, why I want to get as my first ever tattoo of a "semicolon"...
The meaning behind the semicolon, is to never give up, never give in.
To not allow anything to discourage me and take my own life.
Plus, it speaks volumes in and of itself, spreads awareness, and opens doors.
Also, having the mindset of (I have been through worse.)
Knowing that the bad will not last, that better times are up ahead.
Thank You. 🥰
