"Fact" The Real Truth About Vaginal Stretching...

i know that i made light of this information yesterday.

i made it out to be fun and to have a laugh.

But the truth is.

This is a FACT.

Facts=

Vaginal stretching is a real thing.

Women use Vaginal stretching to assist with an easier labor.

Many doctors use vaginal stretching during childbirth.

Stretching is used to make delivery easier.

Stretching is used to make sexual intercourse easier and more pleasurable.

We use kegels daily.

Kegels assist with labor and delivery, as well as improving sexual functions.

We also use plugs for pleasure and streatching for sexual intercourse.

In both holes...

What’s the connection between vagina tightening exercises and sexual intercourse?

The idea of a vagina becoming looser after childbirth, or after having a lot of sex, is a myth. The layers of tissue that make up the vagina have the ability to stretch wide enough to accommodate a baby, and then return to their usual size.

The only thing that affects the structure of the vaginal canal is vaginal atrophy, a thinning of the vaginal wall that some women experience during or after the menopause. Vaginal atrophy can cause the vaginal tissue to become thinner, which in some cases can make the vagina feel looser.

Although there are often stories in the media about how vagina tightening exercises can improve your sex life, this isn’t strictly true. The muscles in the vaginal walls can’t be trained, and no amount of exercise can increase their tightness.

However, pelvic floor exercises can help the vagina feel tighter, as the pelvic floor is responsible for the feeling of ‘tightness’ during sex. During arousal, the pelvic floor muscles relax, which may make your vagina feels ‘looser’.

If you have weak pelvic floor muscles, you may feel looser than you’d prefer to during sex and this could lessen any sensation. Having a strong pelvic floor can actually make sex more enjoyable4.

i am sincerely sorry for making light of this.

i made a mockery out of something, someone was educating me on.

i was taught something very insightful. Something that could have saved me from being torn, and having an episiotomy, during the delivery of my own children.

It's a known fact that 90% of women have vaginal tearing during child birth.

If properly stitched, the tearing can take 4 to 6 weeks to heal.

If not stitched properly, it will not heal correctly.

All of these complications could be handled by vaginal stretching regularly before child birth.

Thank You

WhatamIfightingfor(dom male){CurvyB} - All that comes to my mind is while pregnant a woman's pelvis bones changes shape, arrangement, and forces one into the waddling walk.

flitter'fly(sub female) - Hehehe
Yes, I most certainly remember the waddle
Yes, but the benefits of stretching and doing kegels can help with delivery and so much more in everyday life.

WhatamIfightingfor(dom male){CurvyB} - Yup. lose is supposed to be temporary, as in for a one time event, and flexibility and stability matter more.

If I recall right a woman on her back her birth cannel loses about 25 percent of it diameter, making all fours, and squatting the best, and squatting gravity helps.
