SirsBabyDoll​(sub female){Pizza+☕} - GREAT question! It all depends. Myself, I'd be facinated and view it like a tongue toy 😈. Usually the "bad boys" are the ones who would get that and if you are attracted to that mindset, it's an attraction.

If you are looking for the "good boy" type, it could be a red flag....but I don't think it's as common as it's portrayed.

ewieya​(sub female){Myself} - I've only known of one guy who had a piercing. It was at the tip and it was a friend who was with the guy! I don't think it's very common either!

Broken Bonds​(dom male) - I'm circumcised. My doctor botched it though and I'm not as sensitive as the average biologically born male due to it. So I lost a lot more than just some foreskin. I do not have a piercing because it wouldn't do anything for me.
