A Secret to tell

I stood up for myself today, laid it all bare, told them everything I was and who I was, and what I wanted and needed, and I gotta say, it felt pretty damn good. Welcome to the new me , cause the old me, she doesn't exist anymore. My days of submitting to people who cannot love and appreciate me are finally over. As my mom would say " Fuck the world, cause if you can't live with yourself , then who can you live with". Hell yeah mom, hell fucking yeah.
