Not to wring a jerky neck, But being a jerk is not your fault no one comes with a book. Jerky needs a friend too.

But if you have to be jerky write in your intro that the other sex is weak that should not proceed. Why do you write to people then? That everyone gal or guy is drama maybe it's time to take a break and think about things. It's the way you respond to things.

How can you deal with yourself the man in the mirror it's your ego you share it in this way you have the same image that you put out the ego reaks it can be smelled a mile away and yes Anger will never win the war with the ego or getting to know anyone seeing that people tend to walk away. You want to call yourself gentlemen cause a woman brings life to this world you came out of one you gentlemen are the protectors but a a bottom has to feel calm and protected even to proceed.

Being a bottom or any sex does make anyone weak but if you have an ugly ego you are the only one weak that reaks miserably and no one wants to come near not even 10 inch pool. Being a jerk also is a reflection of yourself it comes crawling back to you your health family and friends and job you act like this around anyone the whispers of the debts of your ego will haunt you for the rest of your life until you finally come with peace with your ego. Don't wait til your deathbed for your last words I should been better. Not too late to change your past is not your present it is you who you choose to be in this life.

Maybe you did not have the best life but you must make the best life for yourself enchant your life don't allow yourself and your mind to be some humbug. Yes, very few kind-hearted strong people might be able to try to help you but you have to be willing know one can do it for you. But ego can cause health problems and mental in the mind but it's not your fault no one comes with a book to this world.

In this life, communication is key if someone comes up to you and cares they are willing to hear your fears and dreams and work with you on things. Even in any relationship with people you need that kind. may not be all your fault it's not because not been enough help. But comes the point that someone had to say you have to heal your past from this control and get it out of the belly area solar plexus chakra. To cut cords of the past and things make peace let it sail or explode on a mother ship. Not saying you have to be a healed person but mend the ways the light has to break through you have an essence that needs to thrive to break out of its shell.
