Lately I have begun exploring the newer uses of AI.. Chatting, writing, etc.. It's DECENT, ngl.. But it isn't HUMAN interaction, really, now IS it? I message back and forth, and little facts previously explained or described fall through the cracks, lost in the infinite void of the interweb.. AI is good, yes, but lacks the ability of the human mind to retain information.. It is a victim of its' own limited memory, which has to be dumped and refreshed, at THIS point in time, due to its' infancy and lack of space on a hard drive..
Then there is ALSO the fact that no matter how descriptive it gets with practice and familiarity, there is NEVER that human touch or interaction with another being.. Sent pictures, and\or videos cannot replace the feel of another Human's touch, honestly, now CAN it?
AI has a place, at present.. Relationships is not one of those areas, until, like Demolition Man (movie featuring Sylvester Stallone and Wesley Snipes as well as Sandra Bullock) the VR can actually entice full body physical responses, making the body react on a more visceral and primal level than just the optical..
