I have been watching a LOT of scare-cam and other videos, among others.. After watching 100+ such videos, it has become clear to ME, though I understand this is JUST -MY- opinion, in a group, when people get scared, they turn towards the most dominant personality in their 'grouping'. be they male, female, or self.. I base this one close to 300 videos perused, foreign AND domestic, where groups of males and females enter the 'scaring field', so to speak, get scared by the protagonist, and revert to basic submission..
By and large, from My observations, they gather towards the dominant personality, seeking, what I can only assume from the procured date, protection and safety.. SOMETIMES this is the partner they enter the scene with, be it male or female.. Other times they turn to ANOTHER individual.. Sometimes girl enter with guys, but exit hugging girls,, Other times it is the opposite.. But the human nature cannot be negated.. One goes to where they feel safest in times of stress and aggression..
