You would think by now I would know better. But I’m too stubborn and stupid to give up hope. Maybe one day I will grow up and not be as naive. Maybe one day I will stop hoping. Maybe one day I will let this dream go. Unfortunately, today is not that day but it is a day I just want to say throw my hands up and say fuck it. Since I know that’s not going to happen today.
