Third eyes open on August 8 when the bold Sun in Leo aligns to the star Sirius (known as the "spiritual sun") to generate high-frequency energy that activates the Lion's Gate portal.

This portal opens every year between July 28 and August 12 but August 8 is considered official activation day, when the Sun and Sirius move closest to Earth and align with Orion's belt.

Sirius rises during the middle of the summer. Its energy forces opportunities for dramatic new beginnings. This is a time when new levels of consciousness are infused into the planet and also into each of us individually. So as this gate swings open, we are swept over the threshold. The Lion's Gate and numerology.
In numerology, eight is the number of infinity. It is the energy of empowerment. It supports efforts and intentions that manifest in the material world. Its power resides in its ability for manifestation on every level.

I have realized just how important this site is to so many people.  Some going through some of the toughest things this life can throw at us. (My heart hurts for you).

I will not be participating in this round - my life at the moment is about as exciting as 2 snails having a napping contest.  😏

So there it is - I challenge you to share and show what your rear view looked like this past week. 

I had a long talk with the mighty oak that looms over my house - threatening my life and well being.

I said to him "I have the power to remove you, ya know". . . 

"and I have the power to remove you!" He rebutted. 

"But at what cost? Oh ancient one, at what cost? -  you have battered and damaged my home, and I have done nothing to you!"

A period of silence insued between us . . .

Contemplation of our dilemma. 

"I was here first" he stated, with resolve.

A tough fact to argue, he was indeed here long before me.

"I did not build this house here, but it is my home now - you leave your litter everywhere - every year - and you drop branches on me - some causing great damage".

We seemed to be at an impass.

"The sages of ages of many years gone by"  the mighty oak said, after a long while . . .  "we take nutrients from the soil of life, and we give back to the soil of life - we give the air that you breathe . . . .

Tell me human, what are the bones of your home made of?"

With shame

He takes her hand . . . the waves crash,

Shawl and shame fall away ~

And they dance ~

Slow serenade,

To another time.

Teasing tips slip,
