Yep, that's it - just do something you've never done before.
1 - Tell us what it was
2 - Explain any feelings it might have generated
3 - How hard was it for you to come up with something?
This is an exercise I came up with a few years ago to help those I mentor get "unstuck".
I've seen overall positive results.
It surprised me how difficult some of them found this exercise to be, but I suppose shouldn't have, lol.
You have to keep at it, and some interesting revelations can rise to the surface 😉
