What exactly is "peace of mind"?
Is it when the endless chatter finally stops?
Is it when you no longer fear? When a cup.of coffee is just a cup of coffee?
I have said "when the morning sun touches more than your face, you have reached enlightenment".
But what exactly is "enlightenment"?
What I call "the river"
Peace of mind for me is simply letting go. The endless "have to's" of every day life that just dont mean a fucking thing!
"Dont stress the small shit - and at the end of the day, its all small shit!"
Peace of mind cannot be found in drugs, this I know. It cannot be found in the confidence of another. It cannot be found by pure effort, or due diligence. It is found by simply letting go.
What you hold dear today, will be gone tomorrow. You have today, there is no guarantee of your own tomorrow.
Complete and utter surrender - there-in ly's peace of mind.
