You ever act out a fantasy that left you feeling guilt, shame, remorse? Like you damaged your compass? Im not talking about 'who' you did it with - im talking about the act itself - like, "I cant believe I went there"
What exactly was 'damaged'?

A Cloud​(sub female)​{Owned} - Yes. But it's not the extremity of the act but the lack of love, respect and care during the act that leaves me feeling empty and ashamed. I try to be kind to myself through forgiveness, self love and letting go. What is damaged? Hopefully nothing permanent.
