When one of the girls youve been mentoring finally gets it, and she says "omg, I get it! I understand now!"

Its like the vail is finally pulled back and the glorious light shines through.

You witness her blossom, and are flooded with pride and joy.

It is transforming for both.

"kintsugi" beauty in the broken, right?

This is what we mentors wish to accomplish, and it is so amazing when we do 😌🙏
