Yes, I was worn out from work and a small touch of the flu, I think. I am on the upswing now.

I saw a small video that is supposed to help reset your brain to help you sleep at night. I’ve tried it a few times and I think it’s helped. You are supposed to pick a word and begin thinking of words that each letter of that original word is made up of, starting with the first letter. I haven’t made it past the second letter before I am asleep.
