Hence the blog in itself... too often a woman thinks a man would like what she likes and vise versa... the focus is self instead of the partner. Do the opposite to please them.

I disagree. In my opinion, those gender assumptions can cause a lot of false stereotypes. I have grown to see that there are in fact a lot of similarities in what we desire as humans. We are just human and all want to belong, be valued, be seen, have a voice, connect and enjoy sexual pleasures of all kinds.

I should say, I think there are differences in terms of needs and desires being met (nurture & nature) but it's so diverse across all individuals and yet so fundamentally the same in all humans.
