Bunnie - I’ve had vertigo, and wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy... it is horrible and debilitating :(
I’m not sure of your situation, or if it might help, but there is a manoeuvre your doctor can do that helps shift everything back to “normal”... (the physiology behind it and what causes vertigo is quite fascinating and worth reading about if you haven’t already). If you haven’t tried the manoeuvre/s, I would highly recommend looking into it, as it most definitely works. I also removed dairy strictly (I had been relatively dairy free for quite some time, due to being lactose intolerant... but cheese was my kryptonite) from my diet as I was told that I had a lot of congestion, and noticed a huge difference in clarity and general head stuffiness. Hope this helps in some way :)

Fen'Harel​(dom male) - Why is it all I can imagine is someone in a roller chair spinning whilst laying on their side farting and the propelent from the fart is spinning them into the fart clouds. Sounds hilarious to watch but must be a nightmare to be apart of.
