I met a Dom on a BDSM site. He tried to make me sign a "contract" giving him this and that, and I recognized all the red flags and got out of there. What do you think of this sort of thing and have you ever experienced it, or no anyone who has, and what did they do?

Contract

I _____, hereinafter referred to as slave, do of my own free will, and being ofsound mind and body, do hereby offer myself in consensual into total power exchange with ___, hereinafter referred to as Master, for the period beginning on ____. This agreement may only be terminated at any time by Master.

The slave agrees to submit completely to the Master in all ways, total power exchange. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to obey the directive of her Master without risking punishment. The slave also agrees that, once entered into the Contract, their body belongs to their Master; to be used as seen fit, within the guidelines defined herein. All of the slave's possessions likewise belong to the Master to do with as He sees fit. Including, but not restricted to; all assets, finances and material goods. The slave agrees to please the Master to the best of their ability, in that they now exist solely for the pleasure of said Master.

The slave agrees to answer any and all questions asked by Master freely, promptly, and to the best of their knowledge. They further agree to volunteer any information that Master should know regarding their physical or emotional state. Master agrees to never use this information to harm them in any way.

The slut agrees to address Master as "Sir" or "Master" unless otherwise directed. They agree to speak respectfully to Master at all times, including times not spent in a scene. Master may address the slut in any way they so choose.

CSI - I have unfortunately experienced something remarkably similar twice. Both times I was newish to the scene, but really I just started asking questions and they just disappeared. After they realized I wasn't just going to be dazzled and just drop my soaking wet panties on the floor and drop in awe at their feet.

ButterfliesAndCuffs(sub female) - Wow! I’m glad you were able to recognize the red flags that are flying all over this contract! Seems like a potential abuser to me and I fear for any submissive involved with him. No limits? Giving over assests, finances, and material possessions? The agreement can only be terminated by the master? What exactly does he do for his submissives?
This just screams domestic abuse, not dominance.

LongerJohnny(dom male) - This is full of red flags, top to bottom.
The "contract" is bullshit, the expectations are bullshit, the fact that there is nothing about your feelings or needs or safety or well being or life is bullshit.
This is someone with little to no experience, OR someone who tries to prey on subs/slaves who unfortunately don't know better yet.
Yes - there are some people who want this sort of dynamic, whose entire identity is defined by this dynamic, and we can't shame them or it. But the lack of any consideration for anyone else but himself is a HUGE red asshole flag.

harleyqt(sub female) - I mean....contracts can sometimes be useful or at least a written out guideline or rules. But owns assets and finances?? And only the master can call it quits??? No...no...no...🚩 🚩 🚩

Morley(sub female){Max Sterne} - That contract is BULLSHIT as there is no mention, as LJ said above, the care of the submissive and the duties/responsibilities of the Master.

I have been in a dynamic where a contract was used. It was 13 typed pages. We took MONTHS negotiating the terms. Please note I said NEGOTIATING.

You are sound to have seen the red flags and bolted. These things need to be addressed and discussed because sometimes, one doesn't no any better. Thank you for sharing!

I 100% encourage and support his right to respond.
I think we would all welcome him and listen to what he has to say and share our opinions.
I hope he will emerge and face up to this bullshit.

THE GENTLE DOM(dom male) - I spoke to a female sub the other day about this, it was just a topic we happened to talk about, she was already taken.

They had an agreement not a contract which they both could change at any time.

The part I found interesting is the agreement was not set in stone and if,she had , had a bad day her Dom would give her leeway and space.
