Out of the loop...
Have you ever felt like you aren’t part of the club? When everyone around you is part of it...just not you?
It could be that maybe you just don’t understand what is going on. For example...you are the supervisor and there is lots of gossip and drama between the employees...now this is not hurting their work in anyway...but you can’t get a front row seat to the drama and understand this story because you’re the boss...you can’t.
Or when everyone around you plays a game...and you don’t know how to play. You want to learn and join in...but you don’t.
Or when it’s hard to join into a group conversation when your brain can’t shut out all the other noises around you so you can focus on the conversation. Or when everyone thinks you’re mad because the look on your face...but really it’s that there are too many noises going on that your brain is confused and your temples are throbbing because you’re trying to make it stop!!
I want to gossip...I want to play...I promise I want to listen.
I will get there...lol
