Sweet surroundings

Each day my awareness of what is precious becomes clearer and clearer.

The little things that aren’t worth a cent are the sweetest. The little touch we share as we pass each other. The look we share. The way he looks when he’s sleeping. The feel of his skin when I crawl back in bed behind him in the mornings.

These things make home. Not the place...but the space we share at that moment. These things build bonds that can’t be broken. The things build trust that is unimaginable. These things strengthen and grow relationships.

These are my daily loves...these things that make my world perfect.
