Hobble Skirt

Hobble Skirt
Very narrow skirt with hem just below the knee that restricts the wearer's ability to take anything other than very short steps, sometimes used as a bondage item.

OK...this is a first for me. Anyone have any experience with this??

Thoughts?

dollMaker(dom male) - They also can go to ankle length too, thus restricting movement more. I thought that the more common design to be called a hobble skirt.

Based on your discription I thought pencil skirt too, which certainly dont normally, even when tight restrict things too much. Plenty of experience dressing dolls in those, but todate not a hobble bondage skirt, not an item in my dressing cabinet.
