lets consider what being under consideration really means.
it means that the Domly is considering offering the submissive or slave a collar. it also means that the submissive or slave has not yet offered the Domly their (dont forget precious gift) submission.
which kinda means they are both """under consideration"
so lets discuss this....
what is the Domly obligated to do for the submissive or slave during this time????
and what is expected from the submissive or slave?????
what has been everyone's experience????
but the bottom line is....until the gift of submission has been offered and until the collar has been accepted........the Domly does not yet have a sub or slave...and the sub or slave does not yet have a Dom. period. they both have someone under consideration.
