Partner Searching

The reflections of a Dominant seeking a philosophically compatible partner for stimulations day after day.

It was my thought some time ago that I was interested in BDSM because of a "throwback" gene . . . back to cave man days. . . the male hunter would return from a day gathering food. . . he'd grab his mate and head to the cave. . . and. . .well we all know what went on in those caves.

This Gene would be like the one that is for left-handedness, or red hair, or to a lesser extent blue eyes.

Then, someone suggested a different theory to me. . . that, everyone was interested, but most supressed that interest and their desires. . . . any other ideas. . .??

CrimsonPaw - The silliest reason I've heard so far was toxoplasmosis 😆 I'm not certain what brought us together, I'm just glad we're not alone. 😁💓

knicks33 - The definition I looked up said Toxoplasmosis is considered to be a leading cause of death attributed to foodborne illness in the United States. More than 40 million men, women, and children ...

whereas BDSM is for pleasure, joy and excitement. . . and yes I'm seeking togetherness. . . not Toxoplasmosis.

CrimsonPaw - I'm referencing a scientific study in 2016 that resulted in a link between toxoplasmosis and BDSM. Their results suggested toxoplasmosis is what causes us to be kinky. I'm certain it's faulty bc I don't own a feline. However, it's one of the many other assumptions out there.

Constellation(sub female){Taken} - It is a common misinformation that felines are important for a person getting toxoplasmosis, when the vast majority get it from food sources like undercooked meat and vegetables conaminated. Cats can be a source during like 1 week only, during it's whole life. After that he won't eliminate the thing on it's feces anymore. So unless you eat cat poop during that exact 1 week of it's life, you're safe :)

Constellation(sub female){Taken} - I get really sad when I see soon-to-be-pregnant women getting rid of their cat's for fear...
This is just me rambling haha

CrimsonPaw - Oh I've seen that too! I remember when I was pregnant many people asked me if I had a cat. They told me it would suck my babies breath away and the baby would die. 😶 I had never heard that before I got knocked up 😆

knicks33 - Hmm. . . . . so I should start contacting those with food Posioning to find my partner. . . I guess it's an idea. . .

SageFlame(sub female) - 1. So many are sleeping. Some slumber through life unaware of themselves.
2. Desires are certainly oppressed like seeds forced to live in a paper envelope; a side affect of ancient choices.
3. Then there are those who see.
They fester, stomping and quenching their own flame. Why? Well to be accepted by social norms.
4. Fear is often given a seat at the table and fed.

For me it was all but #1.

We can't all be sky divers. But have we all tried?
