Hi CAGE Community!  We hope you are having a great summer and that you are staying safe out there.  We have a few CAGE updates to share with you...

Check out the latest article in our Magazine on foot fetishism by Mistress Kay. Make sure to scroll to the bottom to see links to an entertaining rap song by FlipFlop The Clown called, "Feet On My Face".  Talk about being right on theme!  

We're continuing to build an introductory collection of articles in the Magazine on a variety of BDSM related topics.  If you have any suggestions please let us know.

A few other updates to note:

-Personal Ad categories have been tweaked to include a Three+ category.  We've also merged Kinky & Miscellaneous ads.

-you can now filter the "Online Now" list by sexual orientation.

-it is now possible to search members by relationship status.

-we have a brand new and more complete set of emoticons which you'll find in more places around the site.

-Blog Voice is now a Premium only feature.  We've been loving your amazing voice posts and hope you are enjoying this feature.

You may have noticed the Magazine has been more active as of late.  Until now it's been primarily a resource area filled with introductory information and useful links. Over the past few weeks we've been excited to bring you new articles on Chastity, Primal Play, Safety, and more.  We have big plans for the Magazine which we hope to share with you soon. We've made a small but useful upgrade to our blog system that will ensure you never lose another post in progress.  If your battery runs out, your internet drops, or other unforeseen circumstances interrupt your connection to THE CAGE, drafts are now saved automatically every few seconds.

You can find a list of your saved drafts through the "My Blog" drop down menu.

We've added a new feature to our Member Search which will be helpful if you are looking for someone close to you.  You can now sort your search results by "Distance", in addition to existing sort options "Last visit" and (length of) "Membership".  Sorting by distance will show you members closest to you first and then in descending order.  Our sort options work well with our many search parameters which include D/s and sexual orientation, gender, and age.  

A small change but hopefully a useful one!

Maximize the reach and exposure of your favourite blog content via our new share button! The share button makes it easy to publish to other platforms all of those moving, funny, and informative blog posts you love.

On mobile devices the share button allows users to share content through installed applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Kik, or Gmail. For desktop users clicking on the share button will copy the blog post link to your clipboard, making sharing easier and more convenient than ever before. You'll find the share button at the bottom of each post.

It's easy to opt out if you'd prefer to not have your blog content available to share via this new feature. Simply go to your blog settings and make your blog viewable to registered users only. Only users who have registered with the site will be able to view your blog posts and they will not have the option to share your posts in this way.

We're pleased to announce a new addition to your CAGE menu - a Help section!  You'll find it in the drop down menu at the top of your screen. "Help" is the place to find information about how THE CAGE works, how to use the site, where to go to adjust settings, and much more.  Browse through the sections to find info or use the search bar at the top.  We'll be adding and updating "Help" as THE CAGE evolves.  Please let us know if you would like to see something added or to share your thoughts.
