Scary stuff due to my stupidity

You know those people that take melatonin, as in One pill or two of 3,5, or 10 mg a night to help with sleeping?

 

Well, my bad habit with melatonin is I take about 10 or more of either 5 or 10 mg.

 

 

Is it healthy, safe?

 

 

Probably not, but it's the only way to knock myself out into sleep with an hour. If I don't do this, I won't fall asleep until 5 or 6am.

 

 

 

So yeah that's all I got for this blog post, me and my unhealthy melatonin habit.

HGB​(sub female)​{Scottish M} - Any blue lights negativity effect sleep. For me I put lavender oil and eucalyptus oil couple drops of each. Close my eyes solely focus on my breathing. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor too.
