I know when I lost my Dom in October, it took a while to not ache every single day. I still hurt but I’m doing much better. Writing feelings and experiences definitely helps. Keeping yourself busy with activities, also helps. Make friends with other subs! *hugs*. You are definitely not dumb... sad, yes... but not dumb.
