Devotedsub​(sub female){His} - Thank you so much SBD.. Yes, I have had to buy clothes several times since I started but it is all worth it in the end. Although I still struggle with some medical issues, I feel so much healthier.

SirsBabyDoll​(sub female){Pizza+☕} - It can take a while for the body to adjust to the new circumstances. For me, now that my metabolism no is faster, I have to work to STOP loosing weight. You'll get a handle on it soon enough. 🤗

Devotedsub​(sub female){His} - Oh wow, I haven't encountered that yet, but... I have found I have to push harder now to lose more. But I knew there would come a point I would need to. Eventually, I'll make goal and need to maintain. Thank you so much for your support SBD.. and Btw congratulations on setting goals for you and achieving them too. You are awesome😁.

SirsBabyDoll​(sub female){Pizza+☕} - Regarding the "working harder", omg! I remember that stage! I bet you get so fustrated but it's simply that your body has plateaud. Your caloric intake is balanced with your metabolism. Allow it to sit that way for a while. It will allow you to get emotionally and mentally used to your current habits. Once you stop having to THINK about what you eat, drink, and do and you make another adjustment, your body will get "jolted" again and burn hotter in response.

In regards to my goals, it wasn't planned, that's for sure. Mine was forced. I suffered from panic attacks that lasted months at a time. It was as if my body was exersizing constantly, but hey! I can now walk for 7 mike's and it's normal! Lol!
