I have made a lot of progress have lost over 200 pounds and might take surgery to tighten up the flab but knowing I will be naked for 24 hours for a Dom or vice versa since I like switches gives me motivation. Would love to have to stand naked for a switch/Dom and be tape gagged and blindfolded and taken to bed and tied up in the nude by them and have to go to bed naked most nights
