Due to a recent incident there will be a change Mari will no longer be the only one writing this blog instead well ladies will be taking turns. the bright side we will get to know all of us the downside you will get to see the circus sir James had to handle.
She turned the seat around after sitting us in the couch in the back of the plane so as not to disturb sir with our questions.she ordered tea for herself and got down to business my tittle is Jane not miss,Mrs or ms just Jane o.k. good I am sir James submissive now get all that 50 shades crap out of your head. We don't fantasize it we are it. You are his employees and will call him boss if you have to call him anything at all. Until entitled never by sir, for us it is an address of intimacy held for the special someone in his life. you have my permission to pursue this if you feel the need but it is not required of you is it debs no it is not she said she turned to us and said but respect is required if for no other reason then the fact we could still be working under them instead of us.
The next day after showering and putting on the new cloths we were given I felt a sudden change these clothes fit better and where more comfortable yet highlighted my best female assets odd but I was to later learn that even these where poor companions to what was delivered the following week. around noon when I went to see Jane and the others I found myself with a book of manners pose and etiquette and when I rolled my eyes at this she was right in my face and said rejection is for the weak of mind you will never be weak at anything do I make myself understood. I was silent I had never been talked to and made both humble and uplifted at the same time before. And sometimes even a sub can beat the shit out of you but the difference is we do it with love. So I did just what mama Jane told me to do put my head down and read. Now there was a time when women where sent to finishing school were you learned to be a lady that tradition should never have ended because it taught us (weaker?) sex how to defend ourselves from the wolves in sheep's clothing and there are a lot of questions answered in that book and Jane's teachings that will go a long way with our girls because you can bet your ass we are going to teach them.
For the next two months every morning was spent with sir learning everything about his investments and the companies that he invested in every after noon was spent with Jane learning the reasons for the rules the way she saw them and the reason why they were important and protected us. Let me tell you I and others would be up late studying both lessons. Like the good sponges we were. And the result is what you are reading now. Ladies and gentlemen if you have never read a book on this subject I strongly advise you do. It will teach you everything your mom and dad did but may give you more. my next few blogs will be about Jane she had a bigger influence on part's of me that god love him even sir had.
In many ways she was an even bigger influence then my own mother (sorry mom) standing between the 6' debs and the 5'8" sue this little woman should have looked funny but she didn't. She was in command of everything around her the universe included and she has passed this aura on to us with the accommodation that makes it ours. When she pointed and waved me to follow I did not even hesitate I stood and followed her later I learned Stacy felt it too. she walked behind the desk and sat like it was her own started punching a code into it and waited and listened when it started she pushed enter and all the computers locked down. she then looked at us and said please sit we my be here a while. My name is Jane and it's my job to teach you what to do and how to dress and act and you will see I'm very good at it right debs yes mam you are. and that was all she said. till we boarded the plane and we took off.
Some of this you learned in the blog "meeting him and his" before I decided that she really needed a separate blog. You will see that they are an example of what happens when two separate powers combine and I hope will show how the Dom and sub combining is just a perfect dynamic for life.
He didn't ask "he did" took my foot off salved and massaged it in calmed my inflamed skin put my foot back on never asked me just took care of me.

He stood turned to Jane and said you start with these two in putting the new company together and I'll take Mari on a tour you figure on starting around noon or later. Oh noon is good sir I have most of it worked out so it's just a matter of showing them the in's and out's. Come Mari let's you and I take a walk when we got to the door sir took down his gun and put it on. He smiled at me and said you are safe in the compound but mother nature can be a different story remember this in the woods you are ether the top of the food chain or part of it be the top always. Sir took this time to introduce me to wolf before he did he told me wolves have there own protocol so when she licks your mouth don't push her away just let her she is telling you she accepts you as part of the pack after wolf did as sir said she would do she stepped back and did a little dance sir smiled and said well she's happy was she hanging around you last night when I said yes she was he said that explains it she wanted you to join she must have sensed you ether needed it or she sensed that you were good people. For some reason this touched me deep I don't know why.
As we walked I found myself strangely open to this man he just made me feel comfortable with myself and open he asked me so many questions and I found myself answering them some very intimate and when he asked something that he saw me struggle to answer he would just put his hand out and say don't worry trust takes time. At some point before heading back we stopped he reached into his bag handed me water had me straddle a log lean back against a limb he took something out of his bag took my foot off messaged my stump like it was the most natural thing to do put some gloves on and put salve on my stump and I felt it numb but but not kill it he then put my leg back on never interrupting his conversation. When we got back to the compound he told me to go meet Jane she will have lessons for you this afternoon and see me in the morning. You have much to learn and I hope you enjoy what you learn as much as I do. And you know I do I can't explain the feeling I get when I do something for one of the charities we support or one of the small businesses we invest in. The life he trained me for is so satisfying I know I will never feel empty again.
When we got into the cottage to our room's were something out of a fairy tail to be exact the princess chamber old style four post bed with curtains lace on the widow hence the reason for the bed curtains to keep the bed dark a vanity table to put make-up on with our own cosmetics Jane chose them for our skin color and eye color three different perfume to chose from.Stacy and I shared a bathroom and sue and debs shared the one off there room. Stacy and I decided to shower at same time so we washed each other back that led to the front and bottom I blame it on nerves (but she is a hot bitch with purple hair) will when we finished we noticed a little sign and button the sigh read cover your hair before using so we covered our hair ( now you don't do this to a girl without more warning it just not right) jets of hot air come out of the walls ceiling and the floor) we were dry in a matter of seconds we dried and styled our hair and dressed at 10 to 7 and walked down stairs Jane was waiting and looked us over and pronounced us good to go. So off to the main house she stopped us and arranger us we came in one at a time and introduced by our new title's sir was standing in front of a big chair behind him was a little girl with her arms around his legs he had his hand on her head. when Stacy came around the corner she screamed you did it you did it mooommmmmy and she shot to Stacy like a rocket launching into mid air into her arms. she of course was crying and this little girl was still saying he promised but i didn't think he could do it is it true you will stay with me like he said. she looked at him and he nodded once and she said yes mommy will never have to leave again. then she looked at sir and you could tell if she ever got the chance to say thank you the only way that a woman has he my not survive that night. The rest of that evening sir sat with little one on lap facing her mother that she hadn't seen in a year and was telling her everything about the ranch all about her animal friends all the nice ant's and uncles.
The next day debs sue and I were called to the office. Jane was there to sir's right once every one was seated and had coffee sir spoke. Now you two suspect that I can be very nasty especially after seeing what I did to your previous bosses now what you don't know is that that was not the the way I was going to handle things when Jane first brought what was happening at that company, I was ready to just kill them all and be done with it. but Jane who is my moral compass in life asked me to come up with a different way so for the last three years Jane has been teaching debs and sue what it takes to run a company of that size and across boarders. And far as Stacy is concerned she had ptsd worse the any of you if you want to know more you will have to ask her but the reason she was not named to the board is she needs to learn finance under jenny to take over as C.F.O. and she will need to be here and with her daughter as close as possible so you can see my reasons. And that is what I found was sir one or two only failings if you want to call them that is that he will go out of his way to take revenge for injury to a woman or child and that he trusted His Jane above all else even god and she only had one thing to serve him in any way she could to keep him as safe as she can.
Well she did, this will be me and my introduction to sir. I was 22 going on what now feels like 10 he walks into our company and stands in front of everybody looking like this wizened old man (yes he cultivated the look) and proceeded to turn every ones life on there ear. Then he proceeds to uproot me and whisk me off to a mountain hideaway. Next thing I know he's sitting in the front of his jet I'm in the back with some friends and a woman that just exudes love and inspires trust. And willing to answer any question I have. the first thing out of her mouth is "you may address him as boss or sir" and me as Jane not Miss or Mrs or Ms just Jane I and Deb's and sue can tell you anything you want to know. O.k. why am I here. Because I think you have what it will take to handle what we have in mind for you and Sir James listened to my advice so give it some time and listen and learn. when we landed in Broomfield co. sir turned to Jane see you at home he gave her hiss charge (because it has an unlimited balance and said take them shopping for there essentials I'll make sure the cottage is ready And make dinner for eight be ready for drinks at 7.
I was about to get a lesson in fashion most women would pay through the nose for first stop Boulder to a house on a side street where the old lady and her young assistant made us strip one at a time and started to measure us from neck to toes she ran her tape all over me including the distance from the crease at the side to the lip of my vagina from my bellybutton to the bottom of my vagina then again at my hip bones to the top center of my cervix bone she measured every inch of my chest boob and back and over my shoulder it felt more like a doctors exam then a fitting then she gave us some temporary underwear she said until she can get the custom fit done. She then turned to Jane and they went into an hour long talk about fit and fashion and materials and what activities would be going on. When they were done and finished selecting cloth off the rack for all of us the shop assistant gave us a couple bags each told us not to get them mixed up and then brought us out some shoes to try on and told us not to look as these are only to make sure of fit she asked us all kinds of questions as to how each one felt were it pinched were it didn't how our legs felt in my case she asked how my fake foot felt if and were it bothered me over time she took in everything like a podiatrist would then gave us temp shoes for the week she said would fit till the good ones are ready.
We left and got in the car Stacy leaned over to me and asked who's driving I couldn't help myself I gave her the how the F should i Know look then I realized she was asking one of the others. that's the foreman john said sue and loud enough for him to hear she said he's a navy puke he just smiled and waved I'm driving sue and remember we have hand to hand tomorrow she smiled and said with you it's more like hand in hand. He just laughed and drove after about an hour of catching glimpses of the real mountains we came to a dirt and gravel road about a half mile in it opened up and there they were the mountains. he stopped and let us just look at one of god's best achievements before moving on looking in from the road it looked like a meadow in the mountains once we moved into it he stopped the car again and said ladies welcome to Jane's ranch home of the wayward and wicked and loved and honored. We looked at Jane wayward and wicked we said and looked at Jane she smiled and said no I'm the love and honor part. He went on saying on that little hill is the cottage where you will be staying to the front of that is the main house behind it is the stable and barn paddock and fields to the left and my place to the right it looked nice from this distance as we drove forward I realized that the main house was down hill on the opposite side of us so when we got to the top of the hill we could see the main house it was three stories stone and log home it looked like something you would find behind gated walls. the barn was was two and half stories with the second I later learned was set up as two connecting apt for the stable and ranch hands. when looking from the main house the yes the three bedroom cottage looked like a cottage.
these are things he did that flood my memory from time to time but don't have whole stories behind them but contributed to my downfall as a card carrying lez. to a full grown women.Sorry I'm putting off that special day but unlike Mari miss open book ask me anything. I am shy about that day but something in me screams to let it out.
The first time I saw him on warhorse sitting there hat shirt buttoned up two rifles one on each side large pistol strapped to his leg mounted a horse almost a foot and half taller and wider then his shoulders the horse looking like it was at peace and ready to do whatever this human wanted just because it wanted him to. To better visualize this I have to tell you that since he got him only two people can come near him sir and little one, with sir he keeps all the attitude but it is in check and with little one it acts more like a puppy follows her around lays down for her to lean against while she reads books out loud to all the other animals she has under her spell yes wolf included.
And speaking of little one, the day she was given to him by the social worker the look in his eye of love was was not something I have ever seen before. And the look in Jane's eye of triumph. the she had finally made him feel complete. The picture of them walking away to tour the ranch holding her hand her other hand on wolf's neck her looking up at him. God it would have killed you or destroyed the world to give him a few more years with them?
the look of utter peace he had in his eyes when he looked at us.
The way he could walk in complete silence all the time even in work boots. He said he got that from his grandfather it's the Indian way.
And the way he moved was more like a cougar then a man as sir would joke ya I know I glide like a girl on the dance floor.
And finally the way they looked together on the dance floor so in sink with one anther that it was like one person.
And the thing that set him above all others that I have met in my short by comparison to them life is that sir never promised anything but always managed to deliver exactly what you wanted.
Just to keep you smiling while deb works it out Jane=You think it's easy being a slut one minuet and a good girl the next it's not but it's worth every drop. Jane

Jane= Don't wait so long to jump and grab the branch only to discover the branch has died and you fall back to earth.
sir= after a 10 min running spiel from a 20 something kid and stopping us from beating the snot out of him " I'm sorry but you have obviously mistaken me for your father that being the only one i can think who might G.A.F. what a child is saying to him"
sir= yes there is a secret to being a good Dom/Domma and it can be summed up in one word responsibility.
sir= here's another little secret a Dom /Domma does not like punishment they have to do it but they don't like it. Why because they know they failed you to.
Jane= no I did not train you to be his I trained you to be you he had nothing to do with it. you submitted because you wanted to.
Ya have to do the simple stuff first
This is one of Jane's rule's. What it translated to was morning rituals wake up have coffee and something sweet, move into meditation half hour 40 min what ever the need for the day. After exercise this was yoga stretches to loosen muscle followed by fast walk to jog to run back to jog and walk to cool down then shower and dress for the day followed by a full breakfast. I asked her why once and she said I must keep myself in shape for his use if I do this myself it is one less thing for him to worry about plus I always feel better after. Debs remember this if you ever find yourself in the roll and become lucky enough to be someone sub your main responsibility is to take care of yourself so they have less to worry about, have you ever noticed that sir is always the last one down to breakfast it is his way of making sure that those he is responsible for are caring for themselves and eating properly it is also when he get's the itinerary of all those at the same time he dose this so he has an idea of what's going on and in a way that dose not feel like he is checking on you. Sir is very good at reading people have you noticed that sometimes he will change what someone has planed for the day it is because he senses that someone needs a change. Yes I know we are wealthy and old enough for me to sit around all day eating bon-bons and get fat and you know what sir will never say a word but will he worry over my health you bet your skinny ass he would, does he need that extra concern no he dose not he has enough concern putting a roof over our heads food on the table and some let's be honest some of the best cloths money can buy.
This was when I started to really care for myself it was subconscious but embedded now she taught me the stretches and even helped me learn meditation and I found the almost instant benefit better sleep and clearer mind. my p.t.s.d. became much easier to handle, and I found I laughed more. And I now see she was preparing sue and I for the life we now lead as C.E.O and C.O.O. of the company sir gave us to run am I mad about this are you kidding she was and still is the best thing in mother hood a girl could want. Thank you mama Jane may I have another. Sir taught us control and she taught us coping skills for life. It is because of her that I can even write these words and face these memories without breaking down in tears for the loss.
Scooting ahead I will never forget the day the two of them gave us our dreams we had told Jane about the company we worked for the crap that happens behind the seen and away from the customers eyes. Unknown to us sir was very quietly buying the company we worked for until he finally had enough of it to make an offer that owner could not say no to. That day they changed the lives of so many people in one day.
When I woke that morning I had no idea my life would change forever by that night. We did our morning rituals and sat down to breakfast and this is where things changed sir came out of his office and sat down looked over at Jane and said all the paperwork is done George is there now working on the computers and should be ready by the time we get there are they ready she said trust me sir they have been ready for two years and then immediately put her head down and said sorry sir I did not mean that the way it sounded very well lets get this show on the road people have suffered long enough I can tell you I'm looking forward to this. After we were in the air sir turned to me and said I am going to need you and sue to be stone faced today and ready I don't really expect trouble but I never know this is different I'm not investing I have bought this time lock stock and barrel the whole thing so I want you to follow Jane's lead and keep her safe.
As we pulled up to the office building that held the company I worked for sue and I exchange looks of no he wouldn't we went inside and met sir George and Jo-Beth with a bunch of what I later learned were guards from another company sir George had hired for sir James, George said to him you know these guys are not on the up and up sir just said I figured that that's why I had you do what I asked you to I could not trust anyone else. I never learned the full extent of there crimes but they involved drugs and white slavery and more I'm sure. we still have the F.B.I. asking for more info and of course we give them access to our records. When sir entered the conference room Jane taped Mari and Stacy on the shoulders and brought us all into one of the private offices when she herd the commotion start she taped a code into the computer that locked every one out of the system. As we left the office the last of the executives was being escorted out and the owner was being asked to introduce sir to the company before leaving. When this was done sir turned to everyone else and spoke now that the trash has been dealt with I guess it's time to let you all in on the changes that are going to happen. First you will notice except for the one man the rest of you are ladies and in light of what had been going on here in the past let me tell you that crap is over. Second you are all getting the next month off with pay at the end of that time you will be working from home so anymore sexual harassment will be coming from boy friends or husbands and I can't help you there. When they stopped laughing. now some of you will be getting a large check in the mail in compensation for the harassment you have endured for the last eight years, and I hope that you will stay on. You are now a family owned company and as such I am the one who makes the rules now let me introduce you to the new executives who will be running the company from day to day. Your new C.E.O. is debs you all know her and i think will know that she is fare next is sue she will be The C.O.O. Stacy is the executive assistant for these two and Mari will be head of employment. Now if you will excuse us we have a few things to talk over oh I almost forgot there is a party to celebrate the new managers please forgive us for not attending but have fun and cars have been arranged for those who wish to have more then one drink. He then turned to us and said Mari,Stacy it is pleasure to meet you and I hope you won't mind coming with us to what I hope you will soon learn to look as your new home. He then looked at sue and I and said you really didn't think I would allow some thing like this place to continue did you unfortunately I am to old to take on something this big so you have to handle it.
