After lunch, we picked up an oriental woman who Jane introduced as Jade lu she is your or I should say our make-up artist and hairstylist. off we went to her store it turned out to be a little shop that also does nails she had me remove all my make-up she then looked at my skin under different lights. then left to go in back to make it. in the meantime Jane and I sat and had our nails done. after jade came out and introduced me to my new make-up she explained to me that my skin was not too damaged from the over the counter makeup I had been using she gave me a large tube of cream and told me this is formulated for herein Colorado and the altitude on the ranch before putting your makeup on making sure you put this on after a hot shower all over it is to remoisturize your skin. once it is dry you can do your make up she then handed me the base and watched me apply it and pointed out the places I missed you will not need a blush she then handed me a small kit with the tools for doing my eyes and lips. I will not boor you with details other than to say she showed me the right way and order. from there we went back to the Dr. to get my shoes and what a pair they are they where Grecian goddess style they were 6-inch heels that strapped around my ankle from the top of the ankle strap four leather thongs were entwined around the calf to just below the knee and strapped there. but let me tell you this was the first time I ever had a proper pair of shoes that I could wear without any discomfort at all even in heels my feet almost felt like I was barefoot. when I asked him how he did this he smiled and said all store-bought shoes are the same but all feet are different if you really examine each foot and place the padding and stays in the right place your feet will feel like you are wearing moccasins. just wait till you feel the other shoes that we will make especially the riding boots. I looked at Jane and she smiled sir does not have a shoe fetish but he learned a long time ago that at the end of a hard days work if your feet feel good you are less tired and will still be ready to play. all of us come here to be fitted this includes the ranch help. you will find that one of sirs sayings I "happy employees make me more money" he has a lot of those sayings and it must work because as can see we ain't poor then she laughed kissed the Dr. and his assistants and off we went to see if the dresses are ready. back at the little house of the dressmaker, she showed me the gown she made me it was an off the shoulder but it was cut so that I had cleavage and let me tell you it had to be magic involved because I am between a or b cup and I looked like a c-cup tight bodice and bra built-in see-through with with a design sawn in from the waist down to the knee was layered diaphanous material that made me feel almost nude but I really wasn't it was o light it just made me feel that way. when Jane was changing is when I saw the damage cancer had done to her right breast she had reconstructive surgery to give her a breast but she chose to keep the scar can you imagine a one-inch scar running from your breast bone to under your arm she saw me looking and smiled and said sir likes it. he says it is the scars we receive in life that makes us who we are, do you want to know a secret he captured my heart the first time we made love because he spent the time kissing me on it and when he lifted his eyes to me with tears in his eyes and said someone  should morn the loss of perfection.

by now you are asking why is this taking so long because this is my story a story of how a twenty-two-year-old woman fell in love with a sixty-year-old man and eight women and if you think that happens overnight then stick to fairytales.

overtime Jane became almost a second mother she and I did all the things mothers and their little girls did together shopping nails Brazillian waxes and most important of all she answered any question I asked no matter how embarrassing that was hard for me because well to be honest my mother and I love her was a slut she went from guy to guy after my father was killed. but now I understand she was looking for something lost. but never found and my biggest fear is that could happen to me. this is one of the reasons I take nothing for granted with the time I have with sir it could all end tomorrow. well back to the story or you may not learn something important to you. our first stop was a small house just outside Boulder when we went in we were greeted by a woman of maybe 50 to 60 hard to tell and I did not ask she asked me to strip she stood back from me and said now that is a body like yours, Jane  if she takes care of it she will still be hot at 90. she then took my measurements and I mean all my measurements my neck both diameter and length then top of my shoulder to the end of my nipple around each breast around my chest just under my breast. I looked at Jane it is for your bra and any off the shoulder gowns he orders she continued down both sides from the back to the top of my buttocks length from my naval to crotch each thigh and from there to my heel and heel to toe tips. from there we went to look at cloth Jane selected a color that I did not think would look good on me but jane said can you have it done by 3. oh easy this material is easy to work with and send John to pick up the rest of her special clothes day after tomorrow don't bother with the leathers she has not decided if she will stay she looked at me and said are you mentally deficient. Jane laughed and said honey she just met him this morning and does not know him at all she is currently just an employee. oh sorry, I did not know. from there we went to the pediatrist for a shoe fitting there I was weighted and had my feet massaged and measured and had my feet examined for weight distribution jane handed the assistant a sample of the cloth and said we going to lunch be back in an hour.

lunch I was filled with a hundred questions and least of which was what does sir want from me. Jane looked at me and said what he wants he already has a dedicated assistant. that was the wrong question you should have asked me what I want. and I want you to fall head over heel in love with my sir because he will need that when I'm gone ( yes sir I'm sorry but I knew) she then told me that I am forbidden to tell anyone but she has cancer again but this time it cant be treated she can just prolong the time she has left.

Jane and I talked about the entire set-up that I just witnessed as one by one the other three take the opportunity to come and sit in sir's lap talk in quiet terms and even kissed him even Deb's that really surprised me her being gay and all. Jane just sat there and smiled at him when his lap was empty when he had someone in his lap you could tell the rest of the world was shut out all his attention was on the women in his lap. I have come to learn that when sir focuses on you that nothing else matters his attention is on you completely and what you are telling him. so I see why he has cared for buy most women we are not used too that intense attention from someone. she then went on to tell me he never lies, he takes responsibility as his god. the consequence of this is if you are not ready to hear the truth don't ask the question the other is he never makes promises he just makes it happen. 

When we landed there were three people waiting to greet us I was introduced to Sir John and the two older and attractive ladies were sir's lawyers. they walked off a little way to talk. and Jane turned her attention to the other three Sir John will take you to the ranch with Sir James we have put you in the cottage it has three bedrooms the dining room has been converted to office work there is snack food in the kitchen if you are hungry and formal dinner is at six before dinner drinks at five Ann and Jen sirs jr. subs will be at you complete disposal to help calm your nerves and show you how to dress for this evening and I mean complete use so don't lose track of time you will need time to shower and dress for drinks and dinner where you will meet the rest of the staff. meanwhile, I and Mari will be going to do some shopping since none of you thought to send her measurements to me and so you know Sir has been told of this and his decision is 10 apiece for lack of attention to detail. ( my head is swimming have I landed in some fantasy world like in that book I was soon to learn the reality was different, much different.) just then Jane stopped talking because Sir had turned and was looking back with a smile on his face and did a Groucho Marx imitation with his eyes she smiled and looked at Debs and said I think sir has very good news for you. well, ladies, Sir said when he joined us it seems that I was right taking advantage of you is not the only wrongdoing you ex-bosses where up to so Debs you will not have to prefer charges and be embarrassed in court unless you chose to proceed my lawyers tell me that they have enough to completely bankrupt them or let them go to jail for a very long time, of course, I would prefer just to kill them its cheaper but I do understand jail will be a longer suffering for them but it's up to you. they were not up to asking Sir to commit a felony just for justice. so he looked at the lawyers shrugged and put his hands in the air. the lawyers got on the plane and went to L.A. he turned and kissed Jane so hard I thought his lips would make an appearance out her ass. and he left. and for the first time, I found myself looking with longing as a car drove off. I turned and Jane said it gets easier over time but never completely easy and yes he is that kind of man. come let us go we have a lot to do before dinner.                             

I am old school as such terms are different old school can be boiled down to one-word RESPONSIBILITY. when you take a sub for training under the old ways you are responsible for there caring for as long as they are under your guidance when they find someone they want as a dom you are responsible for showing or even teaching and mentoring there chosen to be assured they do not abuse the privilege they are given. 

If and I mean IF the sub you are training decides they want you as there permanent dom then you have to decide is this someone you want permanently at your side and can they handle their responsibilities. If the answer is yes under old school teaching you enter into the bond. the bond is even more than a marriage. it has clearly defined responsibilities for each party that last for life. under a bond, the basic responsibility for the dom is your promise to make sure they have the clothes they need, the food they need, the roof over there heads, enough spending cash they need to enjoy a modest life. now I know some on here will say that does not seem fair, but I ask you in light of somethings we engage in is it really unfair? but like any formal contract and make no mistake like marriage it is a contract between two or more people.              

                                                                                                         first meeting

My name is Mari this is my story. I am Sir's youngest sub I am in bed for a few days recuperating from a c-section, I have been wanting to say this for a long time thank you, sir, because like you, he is perfect and I know with your help he will be a gentleman and maybe a dom or not. but this is about how I got here. about two years ago the company I worked for was bought out and taken private my introduction to sir was by his first sub-Jane to say she was beautiful is a gross understatement she was sixty-eight and still had a body to kill for. the only thing that showed her age was her face but even there it was not the face of a woman had a hard life more like a woman of leisure. when in fact she was the retired C.E.O. of a ladies fashion house. my first thought was here was a woman to strive to be like. she knew Debs, Sue, and Stacy and greeted them with hugs and kisses. she turned to me and said so you are Mari you can call me Jane I have been waiting to meet you the others told me you were very attractive but I had no idea you were beautiful. 

Just then the commotion started in the conference room next store the other three smiled and Jane said yes, that is sir James doing what he said he would. your bosses are being let go, she then looked at Deb's and said your boss is headed to jail pending charges for rape. like the rest of us, we were subject to as Jane called it midday bent over a desk dictation but unlike the rest of us, Deb's identified as gay. and her boss knew it. but it did not stop him from doing it anyway any more than the rest of us if any of you wish to prefer charges let sir know when you see him. 

And that was when I got my first look at sir, in walks this man my first thought was my god he's old (when I found that he was really younger then Jane I was shocked again). he looked like a man of eighty, he kissed the other three and came over to me so you must be my new executive assistant Mari I know you have no idea what is going on just smile and look confident when we go out o.k. with that my world changed forever. we walked out and sir introduced us as the new management. he then told everyone that the new business model for the company called for them to work from home and until the new computer systems were installed at their homes they were on paid leave. he then turned to Jane and said I need to get back to the ranch I am tired. we left and boarded a chopper to the airport then to a plane and off to colorado and my new home we went. when I turned to Jane and said what about my clothes and everything else. she smiled and said you will receive new clothes and anything you want from your apartment that's not personal like pictures tell Rita and she will make arrangments to get them. meanwhile, sir leaned back in his chair. and closed his eyes and smiled. I asked Jane what is he smiling about this was the first time she called him sir. well even though you may never have it turned on you sir James hates three things and really enjoys hurting those he feels deserves it. one is people who hurt women. two those that hurt children and three those so stupid as to hurt someone he loves. so he is thinking of what will be done to your bosses their families will be spared financially of course so the wife and children will be cared for but daddy will learn how bad it can get.                            

I did not have this in mind for my retirement no what I saw was something very different. but my sub of 22 years said one night sir you need a family you need to pass your good sense to your kids I watched you care for my daughter like she was your own sent her to the best schools and instead of giving her money you found her a job that she loves and can advance in. that wasn't kind I wanted her to have the satisfaction you have now. I know but please I beg you for one more thing I want you to be a real father. It was her who picked the subs I currently have and now I have seven children and three on the way ( this is the result of letting an old man lose in a candy store) it wasn't instant love it wasn't even sex in the beginning at least not with me but these young ladies were Jane's friends and lovers. they were my subs from the beginning but not my lovers over the rest of the year one at a time declared there love for me. they knew that no matter what they would care for the rest of there lives but they wanted more.      

a year later she left me in a car accident along with my ex-wife who came to live with us and breaking the back of an old friend who through herself over my brother's widowed wife and sub to save her babies she left me with the responsibilities that no real man can walk away from.    

first, there is Jen my lead sub in the outside world she is the CFO of the family businesses. at home, she teaches etiquette both in and outside the home. she is the head of the ladies circle.

next Is Deb's she acts as CEO and currently operates in Europe based in Londen.

Sue acts as COO for the companies and is a longtime lover of Debs and work together well

Stacy is COO of the American branch 

Jo-Beth also is known as Jo she handles infotech and any computer-related needs

Mari acts as the all-rounder she lets me know what I need to know in regards day to day operations. 

me, I'm just the owner make no mistake they are all ladies they are capable of dining with nobility or working the ranch. in addition, I have two subs in training who are deciding if they wish to make this their lifestyle.these are my wealth and my life. these are the ladies who call me Sir

my name? you can call me James unless you invite me to dinner then you can call me whatever you like. I am a recent move here from another site I came because I like to blog about my family and their day to day activities and I had enough of the other sites dropping of words and sometimes entire blogs (so you can guess what site it was)

you will never see any photos of my ladies or me because of business we own family businesses. and we have to got to keep them going. for the children, you understand. at some point, I may have the ladies move there blog over here but we will see. well thats me in a nutshell.
