Like anything run by consensus there will on occasion come an impasse. This weekend we as a family came to one we ladies found ourselves dead locked with each of us having different options to a problem. So like we have done in the past we brought it to our sir. In the past we would put the problem to sir James and he would quickly make a chose of what direction to take it. Sir Tim is different he called each of us in one at a time to listen to our side. After thinking it over he called us all together. instead of just making a chose he explained what we where missing from each and then told us what was best for each of our explanations on solving the issue this put us on a track to quickly solve the issue to all of us. When later I took a look at the different ways of each sir I realized that he did was the same as sir James did but the way he explained it to us was the correct way for us to accept it. You see he took into account the age difference. What we would accept as gospel from a man of 60 something would have left questions when it came from a 30 something man. And this has made me come to a conclusion even though I am smarter and older then my new sir I have a long way to travel on the path to wisdom.
It is a mystery the way of a Dom. But there is no longer any question in my mind that this man was well trained to handle us.
