Apologetically Poetic

As a die hard Domino's fan,

I love garlic-buttery crust,

But I tried something new this year,

And I could eat it until I bust.

Papa John’s epic stuffed crust,

Makes me wanna slap my dad,

For not being papa John,

And for not getting the recipe he had.

I can see me now,

After inheriting a store,

Then eating all the stuffed crust,

Becoming a little pizza whore.

Maybe it’s a good thing,

that my dad wasn’t papa john,

Good he left to get pizza forever,

Leaving me waiting on the front lawn.

(But it’s cool though bc I get my own cheese stuffed crust like every other Friday or so. Okay maybe every Friday.)
