Day 5- I miss my Tuesday movie day with my dad. Almost every Tuesday we would go to the movie theater and what whatever movie I wanted and was honestly the only time we would see each other.
Day 6- I miss going to Dave and Busters with my dad and playing video games. Our all time favorite is Jurassic Park and we had almost perfected our attacks. We also learned how to not spend all our money in there 😂
Day 7- I miss hanging out with my bestie. Being with him is extremely enjoyable and when we are together we share one brain cell.. and it’s the dumbest. He also makes me laugh until my stomach hurts and I’m crying.
Day 8- I miss places being open until late. I sometimes get hungry very late at night but it’s almost impossible finding places open nowadays. I’ve been buying a lot of snacks for those hours.
Day 9- I miss going to school in person. I can get distracted far too easily at home because of my cat. She’s so damn cute and she stares at me and lays on my lap and starts putting and I just melt inside 🥰 I truly love the kitty.
Day 10- I miss being able to go to events like concerts, ballets, operas, broadways, etc.
Day 11- I miss not worrying about a virus that could potentially kill me.
Day 12- I miss all the amazing things I did last year and all the new places I could have gone to this year. There were so many events I wanted to go to last year that they do for Christmas but I can’t do them this year! A night of pjs in the planetarium. A light show at the zoo. A Japanese garden filled with Christmas lights. Certain places being open after hours filled with lights and music. Going to big venues for the 31st and counting down the new year and watching the fireworks. My wish fir this year is for next year to be over. For this shut down to be over and things going back to normal.
