I’ve never been known for my patience

but with you I don’t mind

every day I wait for your response

i spend most of my day looking for a reply

i can’t remember the last time I was like this  

so fixated on someone and not knowing why

I want to pick your brain

get to know you better

wanting to see how long this fixation lasts

wanting to know where these conversations will go

Will it be friendship or something more?

that I do not know

so I keep waiting
