I thought these were easy questions, I thought this was a given, what I have learned is you have to spell every single word to every single person that you come in contact with. You must be guarded. You can't be yourself because advantages will be taken of you. That's why I have a problem with people I think. Everyone assumes they've heard it before, know how to do it, or just don't pay attention. The words are right there in the sentences all you have to do is read it, maybe reread it.
