Still leaving

2 years ago. March 8, 2022 at 7:02 PM

I am left handed, that is I write with my left hand.

However when using a long ( rifle ) I shoot right handed.

When I use a short ( pistol ) I shoot left handed.

It gets even worse.

I play cricket been English. I bowl left arm spin but when I bat I bat right handed.

I play the beautiful game football and I am predominantly play with my right foot.

When I train at karate my main punching arm is my left and in competition I fight left handed, but my kicking power comes from the right leg. So not only do I have a very unorthodox stance and it confuses the hell out of an opponent.

I play golf as well, and you guessed it I play with right handed clubs, but I always eye up my next shot from a left handed perspective.

I did do some fencing in my twenties and a always used a foil with my left hand.

So God only knows how my brain is wired !

A Cloud(sub female){Owned} - Ambidextrous. I believe it means your pathways between left and right bain are well used and the switch is easy. It can be developed and learning music has been shown to develop those pathways and then they are easily travelled. It's a very useful thing and helps to adapt and problem solve.

Smooth Wolf - I am not at all musical. If you put engineering or electrical drawings Infront of me then that is another thing. I can tell you how they should work and fault find.
I have a badly trained spider if I need to write with my right hand

A Cloud(sub female){Owned} - I suppose it's anything where you have to switch quite rapidly. I struggle with music too but I'm a great appreciators of it.

sexycurves(sub female) - I'm the same. No dominant hand. Write right handed. Various stuff is shared. Weird but cool!
