How can this be fixed! As an empath I am sick with grief for my country! Please, love one another and be kind. It cant hurt a thing!

I feel you on this. My emotions have been everywhere and the pain I’ve been feeling has been horrific. I need to further shield myself tonight. I’ve slacked on my meditation and it’s making the empath emotions go into overdrive with everything going on.
