We don't have a mobile app, but you can use the mobile device web browser to access the responsive (mobile compatbile) web site, maybe that's not clear enough from the ad.

What error do you get when you try to upload another image for the avatar, and - does the image you are trying to upload have a extension (.jpeg, .gif, etc.) we need it to have a valid image extension ...
