What Percent of CAGE Females are BBW?

This type of question always comes from the same type of people.

Where are your stats? You suspect The Cage has a higher than (whatever word you used) of BBW women.
Are you just trying to start trouble, or have you spoken to each woman and/or seen their picture and then compared the numbers to WHAT?

If you don't like fat women, then stay away from fat women.

There were a number of ways you could have brought this topic up, however, you would still have nothing to compare your analysis with.

I hope I didn't trigger anyone with what I wrote. Sort of thought about that too late.

Third, How do the BBW's feel they are treated here? Is there any sense of Fatfobia?

My response above was to this. Yes, I experience fat phobia here, in the BDSM world and in general, quite a lot. And obviously, I don't like it. Although, in my experiences with vanilla people vs non is that they either want to fuck me and be done or they just won't ask me out in the first place. Whereas Doms will want to change me.

Even when I'm fighting tooth and nail saying that's not on my OK list or when I say that I don't trust their opinions on what's best for my body because they have demonstrated they don't understand my personal health issues (mental health and my eating disorder) or even know what a single meal looks like for me???

The first Dom to want to change the way I look fought me a lot and I ultimately gave in until he did something else I didn't like, so it ended. The next time it happened (with Mister and Miss), I didn't fight because I thought this was to be expected. Small sample size, but I was young. Still it has proven right in most cases, in my experiences with Doms.

I have a stack of things going for me that people don't like: what I do for a living, my size and my sexual preferences (as someone who likes BDSM). I see all of it as filters for the right kind of people for me!

I still have an eating disorder and it still impacts me negatively, but I've worked really hard on it and my body dysmorphia is GONE-GONE. I love my body the way it is and any control of my eating that I display has to do with me trying to calm myself, not reshape myself (or as a way of slow suicide).

I love my body no matter what anyone else thinks of it. But given the opportunity to choose, I don't hang out with people who look at me that way. Period.
I love my job. Most people would put me down for it, so I have very few friends.
I like BDSM and kinky stuff. I don't have to talk about this to anyone, I realize... but I like surrounding myself only with people I have close and authentic relationships with - and for me, that means I CAN and DO talk about it to an extent.

If my body were more accepted by people as a whole, if they were ok with my job and thought my interest in kink made me a badass (like some of my friends say), then it WOULD be something else. People judge, it's what we do.

I'm lucky I can filter out the people who won't judge me so quickly and finally.

@eweiya

You didn't trigger me. I'm impressed with your candid and open replies to what I considered an asshat post. ❤️

I am triggered by rude trolly men who are ignorant and insensitive at best. Downright sleazy and cheap at worst. Gross generalisations and sweeping statements. With no critical thought about their approaches, their sample sizes, how they might very well be self selecting by their own presentation and behaviour.

And its just fucking rude to talk about weight and size in such an objectifying way. If that's your kink, in your dynamic, with the consent of your partner, knock yourself out. But don't trawl forums stroking your chin pontificating about how many more overweight/obese women there are in here than elseplace. Although, please do, just another person to block and avoid like the plague.

I begin to understand (it's only taken me a year) why people don't engage in here.

I respond because I hope that my thoughts on it will positively influence others like me. Not really any other reason.

For whatever it's worth, the OP blocked me after I responded the first time.

" its just fucking rude to talk about weight and size in such an objectifying way." - the part that bothered me the most was, "How do Doms feel about it..." I don't have any words to put together for this, but it could make me gag.

I'm so glad that you have learned why people don't engage. I usually stick to writing and reading blogs. And just avoid stuff I don't like!

To say that the women who pursue BDSM, most come from yada yada yada, shows how little you really do know.

Always with the most women comments. If we knew your body count, I'm quite sure that the most women comments would be dust.

I take a very intimate approach with the ladies I interact with on here. Admittedly less lately as my time only allows for casual interactions but for those prior I have a detailed survey I have them take. Over time I take and add notes to it. My goal is always to understand my other half well enough to predict their own needs. Quite a few ladies don't get that far, but the survey is still comprehensive. So I have data, and a lot of it. Over 100 ladies, and I'm giving you the small part of the number.

A small blip in the wider pool yes, but for personal perspective its more solid than most. I didn't say most women, I said a significant number of women that I've interacted with. Significant doesn't even have to be the majority. It only has to be a notable trend, scientifically this could be as great 100% or as small as 5% or even less.

I lamented the tones the conversation felt it was taking and offered an alternative track for discussion which could have been interesting or insightful to the community if explored.. You chose to frankly prove my point with a petty act of mudslinging and didn't even understand what I wrote properly. As usual your reading comprehension is sub par to a 4th grader. While my above statements are quite frank and conversational, I wish no confusion on my thoughts about your own damaging influence in the forums which picks fights over adding any value.

I hope the conversation gets back on track and thank ewieya for her insights. They've been wonderful, though I am sorry to hear about some of her experiences.

So whats your true motive, agenda for asking what you have asked? My first thoughts were A its none of your business, and B what a completely inappropriate thing to ask. Go on be honest, why are you asking these questions?

My desire to comment was, first, based upon my suspicion there is quite possibly a larger percent of BBW's in the CAGE than the average. This then, becomes, 2 -- a correlate in my mind to a theory. That if CAGE females are addicted, in any manner, to caloric consumption, then they may also be addicted to intimacy. Because both are based in pleasure. Then third, I next have an even more controversial question....

But I had no idea this would be such an overall controversial topic.

One's size does not indicate how many calories they consume. This is researched and by what registered dieticians I have worked with have told me. Maybe there is someone here who can better explain why this is. I'm not educated quite enough to do it myself.

My personal situation - I consume less calories than needed to sustain my body. Regularly. I do not binge or overeat, yet my weight is significant.

I think this is important to note.

Like many things in life, you cannot judge a book by it's cover.

From NIH: "There is limited evidence that a person's size indicates their eating habits. Some studies have found that people who are heavier may select larger portions when choosing their own food, while others have found no difference based on BMI. The relationship between BMI and portion size is controversial and difficult to study."

I think this is one of the things that really sticks in my craw. That Doms have taken one look at me and decided I'm unhealthy.

I am, but leaning more toward not getting enough nutrition because my diet is not significant enough in calories.

But they see my fat and assume I eat too much and eat the wrong things. Neither is true.

"i'mME", agreed. The same type of people as yourself, being seething with anger, write the way you do. Since I obviously don't pretend to be presenting science -- there are no "stats." So, how do you miss that? I stated that premise upfront. Since you are always so furious, despite the topic, would therapy not be a better use of your time -- as opposed to BDSM theater? Just a suggestion offered to a miserable specimen.
