if you have posted content (written by yourself) it is your content. If posted to your blog the content is yours (penned by you)it has a post date. if you have proof that content is yours, you have legal recourse. What you need to do is contact the cage staff with links your "original" content. You need to authorize a DMCA notice. You can do so on the cage here

if your blog is no longer posted and hosted by you. You can contact the current host. If its no longer hosted online, there is software that can find copies such as the waybackmachine.

Anything posted is NOT public domain, it is not a free for all. All material have digital footprint that prove ownership. There is always either copyright or copyleft on ALL materials that "find" online or that you have pened or created unless you posted them under a GNU license that allows shared attribution but even then the person "adapting" your works has to share the original attribution.
