Disastrously off-topic, but for quote button issues, manually type:
[$$$quote="screen name of person quoted"] type or cut/paste the body of their message or the part you're commenting on[/quote$$$$] (remove the dollar signs that I placed inside the brackets) The button is much easier but unreliable so I keep this command in a note for future use.
