Posture Collars

Bunnie • Oct 12, 2018
Out of curiosity... are posture collars used to “correct” posture? Or are they more commonly used for discomfort?

not really to correct but more to restrict movement. Hence discomfort.....
why do you like them?

not telling :b ... lol, just kidding.
I’ve never worn one to be honest, however my posture is atrocious, so I was wondering if they help. I do yoga, and find that helps well, but was curious if they help to lengthen the neckline.

I have one being shipped. The goal is to try wearing it while I work when the kids aren’t around and see if it helps. I’ll let you know!

Wearing an ordinary back brace will help with slouching and can act as reminder to be attentive to your necks posture.

as far as I know, because of the neck physiognomy, its impossible to strech it unless you have extra bones??
