I look at my bucket every day. I might get to Friday. I've done good on my homework. I get rope drop bad the day after. No matter what I try before.

I dont really get rope drop so I dont have any tips for you on that side unfortunately. Maybe try setting up something you will enjoy for the next day even just coffee with friends or a nice walk? Something that brings you joy. Im not quite sure what you mean by bucket though?
