The clock ticks so slowly, when I'm waiting to go to sleep, waiting for the moment when, to dreamland i can creep
To that very special place, i go to when I'm in my comfy bed, where i find my dream girl, she's waiting in my head
Waiting for a cuddle, a kiss whilst in my dream like state, our lips touching tenderly, to me would be so great
Staring at her pretty face, with the look of passions fire, gazing at her wantonly, my eyes burn with desire
A chance to hold her close to me, to pull her in so tight, feel her body next to mine, if only for the night
A place where no one else can be, a world for just our love, in this world you are mine, my goddess from above
Sent at night to be with me, at night you fill my dreams, a love that is so special, more amazing than it seems
Sadly in my nightly dreams, time goes by so very quick, it's like you're there and then your gone, it's such a painful trick
Time goes slow whilst I'm awake, but in my dreams it goes so fast, i wish i could sleep for a lifetime and make my dream state last
Then you'd be mine forever, I'd never be on my own, i wouldn't need the pictures, i treasure on my phone
