Climb outside my head
If I asked you nicely, would you climb outside my head, stand at my bedroom doorway, then slide into my bed
Snuggled up beside me, laying naked skin to skin, feel your head upon my chest, with no thoughts of sin
Feeling love between us, fingers entwined by a lovers hand, waiting for the daybreak, to wash across the land
Glancing down into your smile, I'm mesmerized by your eyes, entranced by their beauty, to me is no surprise
Wishing I could swim again, I'd dive deep into your soul, to spend every night with you, would truly be my goal
Arms wrapped around you, I'd gently kiss your nape, draped around your body, I'd make the perfect cape
All these things I'd share with you, I'd let you share my bed, if only you could climb out from deep inside my head
