Truth
In my dreams you want me in the kinkiest kind of way, it's a stark contrast to my real life, where all I do is lay
Sitting in my wheelchair I know I'll be forever on my own, left to write sexual fantasies in rhyme on my mobile phone
But in my dreams I can be whole again, I'm a fully functioning man, if I want to make love to you, in my dreams I can
There's nothing to hold me back, I'm no longer stuck sitting in my chair, the world's my sexual playground and I can do every free and without care
I can chase you from room to room, I can reach you anywhere, I don't have to look for the ramps or be defeated by a single stair
My dreams are glimpse of my older days when I was nimble, quick and fast, I wish I could sleep forever, to make my dream world last
But for now I'm awake writing, looking out the window from my bed, with wishes that I was fast asleep and hopeful poems in my head
