Ok was in the car travelling to the shops, lost in chatting and showing off, we pulled up at our destination I swung the door open and promptly fell out. Not to self Ron you are paralyzed and need assistance to get out of a car into your wheelchair. Yes no harm done just an embarrassing moment for me. Hey it made the boys laugh
